Claire is being hunted and is taken out of her own time by a medieval sexual warrior. All she wants to do is to give in to her body's craving for him and yet fulfilling his desires could very well be the death of her.
This was an excellent book, original and yet I always question the undeniable immediate attraction. The characters have humanlike flaws that make you love them. Malcol's guilt over the woman he killed haunts him. All I want to do is to see Claire heal his pain.
Over all a very enjoyable read.
